By using SubaFlow, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization details, billing information, and content you upload (catalog items, knowledge-base documents, social posts, and widget configuration).

When you connect Meta channels (WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, Instagram), we receive identifiers and messaging data necessary to operate conversations on your behalf, including message content, contact phone numbers or user IDs, and delivery status.

We automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and product analytics to improve reliability and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to provide and maintain the SubaFlow platform, process orders, automate customer conversations with AI, sync catalogs, publish social content, generate analytics, and deliver customer support.

We may send service-related emails (account verification, security alerts, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates or marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Platforms

SubaFlow integrates with Meta products under their Platform Terms and applicable messaging policies. When you connect a WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram account, Meta may process data according to their own privacy policies.

You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your customers before messaging them through SubaFlow and for complying with WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Business Messaging policies, and local laws.

We access Meta data only as needed to deliver features you enable and do not sell message content to third parties.

5. AI Processing

SubaFlow uses AI models to interpret customer messages, suggest replies, summarize conversations, and assist with catalog and order workflows. Message content may be sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) strictly to generate responses you configure.

We do not use your private business conversations to train public AI models unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that states otherwise.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with trusted subprocessors that help us operate SubaFlow, including cloud hosting, database providers (e.g. Supabase), payment processors, email delivery, and AI inference services. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your organization data by contacting us; some records may be kept where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated tenant data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and enable available security features.

9. Your Rights
